My name is Aneliz Soto (de Bruno). I am a wife and a mother. I have been married 18 years and together we have six children, who are our pride and joy. Our oldest daughter, Anaiah, works with me at darVida, LLC.
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Dancing, playing soccer, and doing theater were some of the things I enjoyed most while growing up. I went to college at Oral Roberts University and graduated with an International Business Major and a Minor in French. I married my husband in 2006 and moved to Kansas City, MO where we lived for six years. We have also lived in Ensenada, Mexico (2012), Madaba, Jordan (2014), Kathmandu, Nepal (2016) and Humacao, Puerto Rico, (2018-2022) doing ministry related work. Now we are back in KC. I enjoy all things birth, I also love languages and cultures, I like to read (or listen to audiobooks), cook, and go on walks with my family.
I am a trained doula working towards my certification with DONA International. As a doula, I want to come alongside mothers to help them feel informed, confident, and empowered to have healthy pregnancies, peaceful births, and a joyful motherhood.
